1. SOFT DRINKS
What good do soft drinks have? Just a little fizz and fun? Yes, some good taste too. But, as we grow old, we should change our priorities. These soft drinks and colas are loaded with carcinogenic dyes and high sugar levels which are dangerous for your aging health.
2. INSTANT RAMEN
Cheap, easy to make, instant and fun food, all these qualities make instant ramen noodles a staple food of college students. However, the real question is, do we actually need it in our adulthood too? NOT AT ALL! These noodles are nothing more than artificial tastemakers, excessively processed carbohydrates, and too much salt.
3. BEER AND COCKTAILS
Alcohol is a drink for youngers. When you are young, you can doze off on alcohol and tolerate the restless nights! However, with advancing age, your body needs adequate rest. Your body expects you to give up on beer and cocktail because they put an extra sugar load on your body and cause skin-wrinkling.
4. PESTICIDE LOADED PRODUCTS
We try to protect our food from pests. However, during this process, we unintentionally load ourselves with harmful pesticides. After the age of 30, there is no more room for such toxins in your body. Avoid pesticide loaded products to let your body detoxify itself and fight to age.

7. SKINNED COFFEE DRINKS
Your favorite skinned coffee drink, your daily dose of morning freshness, is loaded with toxic artificial sweeteners. These chemicals enhance inflammation and aging, making you look older even before you are actually old. Let them go and take your wrinkles with them!
8. HOT DOGS AND SALAMI
We know how dear sperms are to men, and women, off course! However, if you to-up yourself with the wrong amount of the ultimate salami and hot-dog meals, your dear ones might have to pay the price. Processed meat like these has high saturated fat content which reduces sperm quality.
Once you open a pack of Doritos, you are bound to lick it off, I swear! However, we forget how much calories we take in with these endless Dorito packets. As we age, our body expects us to put the lesser caloric burden on it. Therefore, after the age of 30, unfortunately, you have to bid farewell to your dear Doritos.
10. CANNED SOUP
If you are beauty conscious, it is enough for you to know that females with higher blood pressure tend to have more wrinkles as compared to those with lower blood pressure. The underlying mechanism might be unknown, but it is wise to reduce your sodium intake in the form of canned soups, once you turn 30.
11. FLAVORED YOGHURT
Many of us have been big fans of flavored yogurt. It’s cool colors, tantalizing taste and smart packaging have always inspired us. However, you have to cut some slack with the passage of time. Why? Because the grams of sugar present in a single yogurt pack proves very heavy on our body systems.
12. BREAKFAST PASTRIES AND POP TARTS
Next time you see these tantalizing pop-tarts, better cover your eyes and run away. Since you are aging, you are required to eat wisely. Cut down n sugar because your body cannot process it like before. Have some mercy on your boy!

For cheese lovers, it is very heart-breaking. But if you do not want your heart to literally break, you need to give up on the unhealthy and fatty processed cheese. Keep your mice with that cheese slice!

Being young has its own perks. You can totally skip your breakfast and rely on in the K-protein high-energy bars to keep you full till lunch. However, with increasing age, your body needs more protein than is actually present on one K-bar.
